The school can cost almost three hundred dollars, and you have to spend twenty hours attending the DUI school. Community service is up to a minimum of thirty days. You will also have to go through treatment programs and be evaluated. No matter what number offense this is, you could face additional charges, like manslaughter, if you cause a wreck that is fatal. Non fatal wrecks could still bring additional charges and lawsuits.
The Atlanta DUI schools is a way to help you work your way out of getting the most severe punishments. It is likely what your lawyer will recommend and/or you may be ordered to attend.
